Why Hire Professional Staff

Professional staff help you have a great time at your own party. It is really key to have professionals on your side who are really thinking of nothing but the details so you can relax and enjoy your wedding or event! Having professional food and beverage staff at your event gives you so much more time and space. As the host of an event, your job is socializing with your guests, making memories. You are not going to have time to realize that your water pitchers are low, that there are not enough drinks in the coolers, that there really should be some more forks on the buffet table. That is our job, to deal with the food so that you can focus on what is important, or attend to the details that are frankly, more fun: flowers, gift bags, makeup and hair, the list is endless.

Our staff allow you to create an informal uncomplicated air, or a formal sophisticated air, by allowing you to be breezy and unconcerned with dinner details. Don’t think of staff as stuffy, think of them as indispensable!

Professional Staff are Self Starters

Professional staff are adept at being unobtrusive, being just where you need them to be before you know you need them there, and being at the ready and prepared for any situation. Volunteers are always asking: “how can I help?”, and by the time you have figured out what to delegate and how, you could have completed the task yourself. But you can’t complete the task yourself because you have 10 other things that you need to do and there’s THAT guest, asking about your job, your dog, and that funny, funny facebook post she sent you last week… and what exactly were you just doing, anyway?

Many people confuse having professional staff with a certain level of formality. Nothing could be further from the truth. When you walk into 12 Bones, a restaurant that boasts a fairly relaxed and informal atmosphere, during their lunch rush, I guarantee you there are just as many cooks and servers (if not more) as there are in the formal local tapas legend, Curate. The formality of an event rests in the details, the decor, the atmosphere. Our staff allow you to create an informal uncomplicated air, or a formal sophisticated air, by allowing you to be breezy and unconcerned with dinner details. Don’t think of staff as stuffy, think of them as indispensable!

“Just because you hired professionals to execute a few pieces of your big day doesn’t mean you didn’t DIY your wedding. It just means you did it the smart way. You figured out what would save you time (and in some cases money) and you hired pros to execute those pieces. If you try to plan everything, execute everything, and be the bride and groom all on the same day, you are setting yourself up for failure. And worst of all, you won’t have fun at your own wedding!”
