At the outset, you may not know all the answers to these questions. Some elements may be covered by your planner, some may be provided by your venue. Every event has a unique set of resources which can depend a lot on where it is being held. Non-traditional venues are great, but you will need to plan for a few more contingencies. You will need to discover the answers for (and inform us of the answers to) these points.
We have suggested 3 different times for you to begin tackling these elements so it does not feel too overwhelming. Upon Booking start on the first column. If you are unsure, talk to your partner, your planner, or us about how you want to proceed. Next, the second Column is 3 Months Before Your Event, especially if you are considering any rentals. Ultimately, Six Weeks before your event is the time to review your invoice and make sure we have all the details you have been working so hard to plan.
