We typically begin with a conversation and site visit so we can better understand your operation, introduce our office team, and build a staffing partnership that fits your business.
How much notice do you need?
While we can often accommodate last-minute staffing requests, we recommend providing at least one week’s notice whenever possible. Larger staffing requests and peak wedding season weekends may require additional lead time to ensure availability.
For recurring or annual events, we encourage partners to share dates in advance so we can plan staffing accordingly.
What is the minimum shift length?
We work with you to define the minimum shift length based on the location of your specific venue. While we find that staff will accept and work 3 hour shifts in the heart of downtown, more remote venues require a 5 hour shift minimum to attract staff interest.
What are your payment terms for B2B clients?
Payment terms for B2B partners are flexible and may vary based on the nature of the partnership and staffing needs. New clients prepay for scheduled shifts, while established B2B partners may qualify for weekly billing based on actual hours worked using approved timesheets.
Do you offer conditional or on-call staffing?
Yes. We can arrange conditional staffing for events where staffing needs may depend on weather, guest count, or other evolving event conditions.
If you end up needing the staff the shift would go on as directed, if the staff is not needed an agreed upon amount would be paid to the staff for keeping their schedule open to you.
When should I submit a work order form?
Please submit a work order only for confirmed events where staffing is needed.
