Sign In Sheets

Below are printable, blank sign in sheets for our regular clients to use. Never run out of sign in sheets again!

Please feel free to print a few sign in sheets to keep in your kitchen or dining room for staff and managers. Remember to submit your sign in sheet to BRES as instructed by 5pm the following Monday (or before) so that payroll and billing can be done in a timely manner.

Be aware that staff have accepted your job, often times over other offers, with the promise of x hours and please do not make cuts until at least 80% of that shift has been realized.

If you have never booked Staff before, please submit a B2B Interest Form as a first step.

Sign In Sheet Tips

Please ask staff to print first and last names. Make sure each shift has a date listed. Please round to the nearest 5 minutes. Have the supervising manager sign off on the timesheet as complete. Ensure that each staff member has a in and out time completed accurately.

For ease many clients will take a photo of their timesheet and email it to the appropriate address. This is much easier than scanning or submitting in person.

If you have questions about staffing, contact a member of the Logistics Team, rather than the address where timesheet are submitted.

Managers are welcome to make notes on sign in sheets to give our office feedback about the shift or  about a staffer.

Please submit a copy to your corporate payroll directly if necessary for billing purposes.

Thank you to our regular corporate clients who have helped us hone this system over the years! We value your feedback. If there is a way to make the reporting process easier for you, please call and ask to speak with our Office Manager. We love to create new client resources.
