Blue Ridge Event Staffing specializes in providing clients with talented and professional waitstaff, bartenders, kitchen staff and set-up and break down crews for many types of events in the greater Western NC area. We work in dining rooms and behind bars at weddings, fundraisers, in hotels and casinos, at concerts and breweries. Our staff have even been involved in a marathon!

We look for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of food service experience. Strong candidates are dependable, adaptable, and proactive. Strong candidates will also possess: Customer Service Skills, Access to Email and Reliable Phone Service, Reliable Transportation, Flexibility- the ability to go with the flow and work with many different kinds of co-workers and site managers.

We provide a flexible schedule. You would work with Blue Ridge Event Staffing as an independent contractor, giving you ultimate control over which job opportunities you accept or decline. You work the shifts that work for you. We do not have quotas or mandatory events. We have some staffers who have worked with us since we started the company and others who will only work the busy season.

We are currently accepting applications from individuals with Banquet Service experience to work with our many corporate partners at local upscale hotels and conference centers.
